We now use dpd, and for mainland UK it’s next working day, with the popular 1 hour delivery slot. You will receive an email and / or text, letting you know what time your order will be delivered, and you can simply click on the link in the message to change the slot.
Same Working Day Dispatch on orders placed before 2PM. After 2Pm we try our best for sameday dispatch (and usually succeed) but cannot guarantee it. Actually in some cases we will deliver next day on orders placed after 4pm, but we can’t guarantee as it just depends on the collection time.

You are more than welcome to come to collect an order that you have placed online.
If you would like to collect an order, please order online, and select “collect” instead of selecting the delivery option.
In the “notes” section, please let us know roughly when you will be collecting, and please give us at least an hour from the time of your order before collecting. Please also take note of our lunch time which is 12.30 – 1.30PM.
Unfortunately we are unable to process and pick orders on the spot for customers who turn up without placing their order online. If you do come to place an order and collect, please understand that you may have to wait for quite some time before we can process and pick your order, depending on our workload.
For example if we are busy processing and picking orders to go out that afternoon, a customer calling to place an order and collect, will need to wait until we have processed and picked the online orders that have already come in.
Please note that we are open for collection Monday to Thursday 9AM – 4.30 PM, and on Fridays 9AM – 4PM.
If your delivery address is local (within 10 miles) of SK12 1ND, we will deliver in our van, free of charge, usually same day, on orders over £200 plus VAT. If you’re a bit further out than this, then give us a call or email us, and we can see what we can do, depending on our workload at the time.
This is usually same day on orders placed in the first half of the day, but if you give us a call we will confirm.
If you’re desperate for blanks or consumables and can’t wait until Monday, email us (emails are checked at weekends) as we may be able to either deliver locally (on orders over £200 + VAT), or arrange for someone to meet you at our premises in Poynton, Stockport. We can’t guarantee this as it depends on the availability of one of members of staff who live locally, but we will do our best.
Faulty Items: Faulty blank items will be replaced or refunded, providing that we are notified within 30 days of receipt of goods, (this notification period does not apply to equipment which is sold with a warranty), and that the items are returned in otherwise “as new” condition, and that we agree the issue reported is a fault. Faulty or damaged items that are sold in cases, such as mugs, will be refunded and not replaced.
We are unable to accept returns for printed products, unless the reason for the return is deemed by ourselves to be a fault. The time and temperature instructions are offered as a guide only, and we are unable to replace or refund for items that have not printed adequately. All heat presses are different, and each customer will need to find their own perfect time, temperature and pressure settings with their own equipment, using our instructions as a guide only.
Change of mind: We will refund for any goods that are returned to us in “as new” condition, for any reason, for instance due to a change of mind, or a cancelled order, within 30 days of receipt of goods. Re-stocking fee may apply, please see our full terms for more info.
Damages in transit: We will refund or replace goods that are damaged in transit, providing that we are informed of any breakages or damage, within 48 hours of delivery, and providing that the goods were signed for as “damaged”, or “unchecked”. Please note that we cannot replace individual items that are sold in cases such as mugs, we will refund for such items instead of replacing.
When you sign for any package, you are not just signing for receipt, you are signing to say that you have received your goods in good condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are happy that the goods they are signing for as being in good condition, are actually in good condition and are not damaged.
If you are receiving a delivery of fragile products such as mugs, we recommend that you open the packaging and quickly check for damages before signing. If you encounter an inpatient driver we advise that you remind them that they are asking you to sign for having received fragile goods in good condition, and you cannot do so until you have opened the box – or that you sign for them as damaged if you believe this to be the case.
If you find that there are any breakages, please inform the driver that you would like to sign for the goods as damaged. If there is any issue with this we recommend that you refuse the delivery, stating that you are doing so due to damage, and then inform us as soon as possible so that we can re-send your order.
Providing that a package has been signed for as damaged or unchecked, and that we have been notified within 48 hours, damaged items will be refunded or replaced. Breakages of items which are sold in case quantities (such as mugs) will be refunded rather than replaced, except for extreme cases where the majority of a case has been damaged for example.
Damages while printing/pressing: We can not accept any responsibility for products lost, or other incurred costs, due to problems encountered when printing and pressing blanks, whether or not we have supplied the blanks that have become damaged.Please note that the pressing guidelines are rough guidelines only, and we cannot accept responsibility for any issues caused by following these instructions.
We need to be informed of any issues, such as missing items or any other order issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims of missing items, incorrect items or otherwise will be processed, and you will be refunded or receive a replacement only when we are notified within 48 hours.
We use SagePay online payments, which allows you to pay online via credit or debit card. If you prefer, you can choose to print your order form, and call us on 01625 876949 to make payment.
VAT at 20% is applicable to all orders within the UK.
Please note: All delivery charges are subject to VAT at 20% .
If you have a VAT number, and we are sending to you outside of the EU, then VAT will not be charged, if you supply your VAT number.
Unfortunately we do not currently export outside of the European Union.
