You will receive an email (and a text message if you give us your mobile phone number when you order) from DPD to let you know the delivery slot that you have been assigned the next day, if this time is not suitable, simply click on the link & select the delivery slot which suits.
Please note: Cut off for next day delivery is 2pm. After this time we do try to ship for next day delivery, but we cannot guarantee it.
Paypal is our default billing method for online orders. As well as Paypal, we have a manual barclaycard terminal, so If you would prefer to pay directly with your credit or debit card, select the option to phone & pay with card, and just give us a call with your credit / debit card details.
VAT at 20% is applicable to all orders.
We need to be informed of any breakages within 24 hours of delivery. Within this time, we will report the breakage to the courier for refund / replacement. Please always check your goods before signing, when you sign for your goods you’re actually signing for them in good condition (this is the same for all couriers), which acts as proof for the courier that they delivered the items undamaged, which therefore makes it difficult to put in a claim for damaged items. If you check your goods and find that there are damages, you can tell the driver you wish to sign for them as damaged. If there is a reason that you cannot check the goods, it is advisable that you write “UNCHECKED” above your signature. (It’s advisable that you do this with all goods in, not just deliveries from ourselves, and this will help you if you ever receive damaged items).
If you do not inform us of damages within 24 hours, or if you do inform us of damages but you signed for the goods in good condition, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to refund or replace the items, and any refunds or replacements in such cases will be judged on the individual circumstances.
In the case of mugs, it is not practical for us to send less than case quantities, therefore the way we operate is that any breakages will either be refunded, or we will credit you for that number of mugs when you next order – for instance if you have 6 breakages & you inform us in time to put in a claim with the courier, we will only charge you for 30 on your next order, unless you prefer to receive a refund in which case we will refund you for the value of the mugs.
