We never see your credit/debit card details directly ourselves. At the point that you enter your credit card information, you are providing this information securely on the Sage Pay payment gateway. When you use our website, we automatically collect certain computer information by the interaction of your mobile phone or web browser with our website.  Such information is typically considered NPI (National Provider Identifier).  We may also collect any of the following:

Our Email Policy

We fully comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act.  You can always opt out of receipt of further email correspondence from us.  We will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to any unaffiliated third-party.

We will only send you promotional emails about our products or services, if you have “opted in” to receive our emails. We use one of the world’s most renown and trustworthy mailing list providers, Aweber, and our mailing list is “double opt in” which means you have to confirm that you would like to opt in to our list, and at the time that you opt in, this is recorded along with your IP address, so that we have a clear audit trail when it comes to consent to email you. 

Should you wish to “opt out” at any time, there is a very clear link at the bottom of each email to unsubscribe, and clicking this link will result in you opting out of our mailing list at which point you will be removed from the mailing list, and we will not send you further communications of this nature.

Aside from our mailing list, if you have contacted us, either in person, via telephone or via email, and requested information to be delivered to you via email, such as further product information or a quotation, in this case we rely on the legal base of “Legitimate Interest” when it comes to the email correspondence that we will send to you as requested. However, should you ever wish for us to delete your email address from our system so that we are unable to email you again without your express request, simply email us or telephone us on 01625 876618, or write to us using the address on our contact us page, requesting that we delete your email from our systems, and this will be done immediately.

Our Security Policy

We have taken steps to build our website using sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your personal data.   When we collect your personal data through our website, we will encrypt your personal data before it travels over the Internet using industry standards as establishing for conducting secure online transactions.  We also use industry standard technologies such as secure routers and fire walls to make sure that your personal data is safe.  Unfortunately, we cannot fully guarantee secure data transmission over the internet because of its nature.

You may have to provide a credit or debit card to buy products and services from our Website.  We use third-party payment processing services (Sage Pay) and have no control over these services. Your full credit or debit card information is at no time seen by ourselves, and when you process the payment you are doing so via the payment processor Sage Pay. 

We use our commercially reasonable efforts to make sure that credit or debit card data is kept secure, by  using a leading payment processor.  However, you understand and agree that we are in no way responsible for any misuse of your credit or debit card details.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

As necessary to address changes in laws or our business practices, we may modify our Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, to address these changes.  We will typically notify users by some message on our Website home page that our Privacy Policy has changed.  We will also change the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.  Any changes we make to our Privacy Policy are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Privacy Policies.  We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy periodically to make sure you still agree with it.
