NEW - Blank Iphone Case for Dye Sublimation.

No jig required, no special equipment required - as easy to print as Aluminium business cards. If you have a heat press and a dye sub printer, that's all you need.

As you can see in the video above, printing on these blank iphone cases is very simple and requires no special equipment or jigs. It's as easy as printing onto business cards or other Aluminium items. 

Insert and adhesive sheet included, and additional inserts are available separately.

The cases (available in black or white) are a nice quality iphone 4 or iphone 4 S case with a grip running down either side. They come with an adhesive sheet which is very simply applied to the front, and then the Aluminium blanks are printed the same way you would dye sub print any other Aluminium item. We recommend putting the dye sub paper on the bed print side up, to allow the easy placement of the blank on top of the image, cover with a teflon sheet & press for around 50-80 seconds depending on how many you're pressing, and at around 190c. The only step before putting the adhesive sheet on the case & sticking the printed blank on, is that sometimes there is a slight amount of plastic overhanging the case, when this happens it's good to trip it with a knife, as it makes it fit more flush onto the case.
