Our UK made premier blank sublimation cushions are now made from a fantastic natural coloured panama fabric material.
If you have used our premier cushions in the past, please note that they have now changed slightly, for the better. It’s now a more natural off white colour rather than bleached white.

Size : 35cmx35cm. Filling not included.
Our premier range of photo cushion covers, are matt finish high quality canvas weave cushions.
The fabric quality of the premier cushion cover material is more luxurious, with a heavier weight canvas feel. This is not a product that you would associate with low cost items, and is much more the kind of product you would expect to find on Not on The High Street, and high end retailers.
Although these cushions may seem expensive, due to the cost per metre of the fabric used, and the makeup cost (they are very well made, here in the UK) the quality of them allows for fantastic profit margins.
We have been in the textile printing industry since 1972, and when we first got involved in dye sublmiation printing, one of the first products we were working with was cushions. Initially all we could seem to get hold of were the standard silky, shiny cushions, all of which we could find were being made in China, and were a cheap product.
For the market we were printing for, these cushions didn’t cut the mustard, so we began to have our own fabric blanks manufactured in the UK (including tea towels) and this is how we started off as a blanks supplier. We have been supplying our premier panama canvas sublimation cushions for several years, and while to begin with most printers appeared to find them too expensive, over time many people have come to realise that printing and selling these cushions allow them to market a much higher quality and higher ticket product.
With the success of Not on The High Street and other quality market places, such high quality all UK made products have become increasingly popular. Recently the demand for these cushions exceded our ability to supply in terms of the volume we’re able to produce, which lead us to change the fabric to one which is more readily available to us in higher quantity, and which is slightly less expensive, which means we can now supply the premier panama cushions at a slightly reduced cost.
The fabric is now a natural colour, whereas the previous material was a treated whitened fabric, and as a result the cushion has an even higher quality look when printed.
We are now also using a slighly more subtle zip, which we feel helps to give the cushion a higher quality look.
